METODO CLASSICO LETIZIA PAS DOSE’


From a variation in the method of vinification of Dolcetto are born the "Bubbles .. from Dolcetto grapes" In harvest we pick the grapes in the cooler areas, selecting those at the beginning of maturation. In the vinification the must ferments in wood and the remuage is done by hand on the pupitres.

The wine has a golden yellow colour, rapid foam, fine and persistent perlage. We smell aromas of bread crust, yeast and dried fruit, with some floral notes. In the mouth it is full and rich, pleasant to drink with a final refreshing sensation.

LAETIZIA sparkling wine is perfect as an aperitif but accompanies also very well meals based on white meat and fish. Excellent with desserts. Serving temperature: 5 ° C


LANGHE CHARDONNAY


Lovers of the cool soil, not realy exposed, the small grapes are camouflaged among the rich vegetation. A golden reflection between the leaves signifies that they are ready for harvesting.

The Langhe Chardonnay has a pale yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose smells of pear and flowers with subtle notes of exotic fruits. In the mouth it is fresh with mineral aromas, full and persistent. This wine is tasty, pleasant on the palate with refreshing acidity and good complexity.

The wine is great as an aperitif, but also with appetizers or main courses of meat and fish.

LANGHE RIESLING


At the border between the Langhe and the Alta Langhe, at an altitude of over 500m, between the hazelnut fields and the woods, the "il bric" vineyard peeps out. Perfect home for our Riesling Renano vineyard.

The Langhe Riesling has a light greenish yellow colour. The lemon peel is predominant on the nose and it is possible to perceive floral notes. In the mouth it is fresh with mineral aromas, full and persistent.

This wine is tasty, pleasant on the palate, with refreshing acidity and good complexity. The wine is ideal as an aperitif, but also with appetizers or first courses of both meat and fish.


LANGHE ROSATO PUMIN RUS


The harvest takes place a little earlier in order to preserve the fresh notes. With the direct pressing of the grapes that removes the husk from the fermentation, you get the soft pink color that reminds of the "Pumin rus": An Piemontese expression that indicates the blushing cheeks due to an emotion or a glass too many.

Il Langhe Rosato ha un colore tenue, paragonabile alla buccia di cipolla. Ai profumi floreali si associano profumi di frutti rossi freschi come fragole e ribes. In bocca è fresco, morbido e con buona acidità.

Dolcetto d'Alba Dosso is intense ruby red with violet reflections. The nose is vinous with pleasant and typical notes of red fruit. The taste is dry, slightly bitter, mildly acid and harmonious.

LANGHE NEBBIOLO


It was born after a new planting in the Galot vineyard. The young strain of the vine and the excellent exposure make it possible to obtain a vintage wine that expresses it in pleasing hints of fruit

Langhe Nebbiolo is a wine with an intense red brick colour. In the nose you can smell aromas of fresh red fruit and flowers. In the mouth it is elegant, full bodied, well balanced with a slightly young tannin, typical for this grape variety.

Perfect with appetizers, pasta dishes, grilled or stewed red meats.


DOLCETTO D'ALBA SUPERIORE


Only when the leaves start to turn red it is time to harvest: the good maturation combined with a fermentation at 28-30 degrees, give more structure and complexity.

The Dolcetto Superiore has a deep ruby red color. It smells of blackberries, jam and has subtle hints of toast and dry fruits. The taste is intense, full-bodied and moderately complex. The rather delicate tannins and high acidity lead to a long lasting final.

This wine is ideal with pasta and thanks to its tannin he is excellent in combination with meats and cheeses. His strong character goes perfect with grilled meat

BARBERA D'ALBA ARIOTA


He often blows from the Ligurian Sea on this vineyard: Ariota, the Piedmontese dialect for a soft breeze.

NEBBIOLO D'ALBA IL DONATO


A detailed tasting of the different barrels in which the wine is aged allows to choose and prepare the best for the proper assembly. Donato is the second name of Pressenda Diego, the founder of Torricella.

BAROLO

This Barolo shows the typical characteristics of violet, leather and tobacco. There is tannin, but it is supported by a pleasant fruity flavor and a silky and full texture. The color is garnet red and gets orange notes with the years passing. It 's an ideal wine to keep a few more years in the cellar.
