The most beautiful and evocative picture is the landscape: vineyards drawn by the hand of the farmer, the beautiful hills with the castles and towers of the Langhe, the Alps from the Bisalta to the Monte Rosa and the amazing colors, repainted by nature every season.
 
The restaurant has two connected dining rooms with large windows with view on the beautifull landscape, a winter garden, a nice outdoor terrace overlooking the pool and a large garden. We can transform everything to make your event more special. Every detail is a symbol of an authentic welcome ....the living room, the central fireplace, the ancient chandeliers, a vaulted ceiling with visible bricks.

KITCHEN


The raw materials are the basis of every recipe. The work begins with the cultivation of our own vegetables. We plant all the vegetables that are used in our dishes: it is the nature that is directing, on its own rhythm depending also of the climate.
 
The meat, eggs, cheeses, salami and flour are all selected from local producers: Piedmont, a land of great excellence. We work the products on site but we love the mix of national and global tastes and scents, often at a basis of more traditional recipes. From the raw materials we also get our specialties: pasta, bread, breadsticks, focaccia integral, pies, cakes ...

THE MENU'


In our à la carte menu we offer traditional dishes, seasonal proposals, a traditional menu and a truffle menu from October till December.
We offer our home-produced Diego Pressenda wines and a wine list with a selection of local labels that pair perfectly with our menu. For all your events we organize lunches and dinners with personalized menus with the possibility of an aperitif in our panorama garden.

We welcome you in a family atmosphere with refined and attentive care to the service. The ideal place for a romantic dinner, to celebrate the most special occasions with family and friends, and to discover and taste the local tradition and of course the special wines of the territory.

The restaurant is ideal for small ceremonies, events and weddings. .

The garden, the terrace and the winter garden at the pool-side are perfect to welcome your guests with a great appetizer buffet: salami and cheese slices, hot and cold appetizers of traditional vegetables, ... and a glass of Spumante “La Torricella” to celebrate. Every space and room, indoor and outdoor can be personalized: the choice of the menu, the layout of the tables, displays, ... all the details will be perfect

IL GIARDINO DEGLI ORTAGGI


Vine cultivation and winemaking represent the main activity, but our farm is also committed to the production of its own needs for vegetables. And it is precisely the availability of the seasonal vegetables that inspire the dishes on the menu. There is something for all colours!! The green of salad, parsley, basil, cabbage, peppers, zucchini, asparagus and green beans. The red of tomatoes, peppers and beets. The yellow of pumpkin flowers. The white of fennel, thistle, the leek and cauliflower. The purple of aubergines, cabbages and beans.
